My Story

As an adolescent, I was very overweight. At 21 years old, I discovered my passion for the world of bodybuilding; the lifestyle, the discipline, and the mindset to keep pushing forward inspired me deeply. That’s when I made a decision: to become an example. In 2015, I stepped on stage for my very first fitness bikini competition, after dropping 40kg in just a few months. Along this journey, I learned how to train not just my body, but my mind, to conquer each day, to live my best life in any circumstance, and to overcome fear and self-doubt. Taking care of ourselves is an integral part of health & wellness. 

Today, I am truly passionate about what I preach. I strongly believe in sharing with others how to age gracefully, stay healthy, and embrace longevity with strength , confidence and ultimately bigger successes. 
The magic happens when you shift from your old habits into :

  • good sleep, stress management

  • avoid eating processed food
